For those of you that ordered a intercooler from Jimmy have you received it? I placed an order on the 3rd and card was charged but I got nothing yet and sent Jimmy an email yesterday but no response yet.

How does the trans shift?

Yes I agree but in a drag car everything is solid mounted unlike a street car/truck. It is positive and when taking off the rear moves up and makes it more positive..drag cars are set negative as the rear rotates up making it almost a straight line to the trans..

I drag raced for many years with cars running in the 7’s at over 170mph so pinion angle is something I know about and have always had to set when changing 4 link bars. So with that said according to Ford they say to put a digital angle finder on the frame, zero it then put it on the U-joint cup...

So in a nut shell, some have it some think is a scam and didn’t know it but I must not know how to drive:rolleyes:. When it shifts from 1st to 3rd almost all the time and now and then bangs into a lower gear can’t be a good thing. My wife drove it a few times and even said something about it...

So those who have gotten it how is it when you used it?. We all know there is issues with the trans shifting and wondering if it will fail and the expense of replacing it gotta be expensive..

Dave, did they say what it was? As far as angle? I checked mine out in the garage as the TSB said and it’s over 8* and supposed to be between 5&6*…

So there must be a group buy on the damper right? So many people and we get it for 1/2 off right? And not everyone has them yet so it could happen right?
