The rubber insert is ok for a wile but sometimes pulls out. The socket that has a magnet in side works much better for me and yes it costs more but worth the extra coin..
Buddy has these, not crazy about the camo color but fit like a glove

Well my OT came threw and ordered a shaft from Tom Woods and received it yesterday and had it in in 45 min..
What a difference, no more shutter at acceleration from a stop and smooth as it can possibly be at 75mph..honestly it’s like a different truck.. Money well spent for sure.
‘They say it’s...
I just changed out my rear shocks on my 21 FX4 with 4600 Bilstein and it really did make a difference. Worth the money and I do mostly highway driving.
I drive mostly back roads and highway and weekends off road to get my boat in the water but want to upgrade my stock rear shocks..Looking at the 5100 and the 4600.. looks like the 4600 is more of a stock replacement but the 5100 is more of an off road shock. Will the 5100 be better? I’m ok with...
Well I had enough trying to figure out this with all the shimming and it out of phase and was built like that..Ford don’t give a crap about it..
I ordered a shaft from Tom Woods and will have it next week..Can’t wait…..
Has anyone put these rear springs on their truck? Did it change the stock ride height? How did it change the ride?

So the low speed and from a dead stop its gone but at 60 to 80 mph its there but more of an oscillating comes and goes..its real annoying on the highway..
I’m going to check to see if the shaft is in phase next..if not that’s something else to bitch about when I go back..
Vibration was from a dead stop..came in about 5 MPH till 10/15 MPH then would slightly come back at 70 mph.. the 70 MPH vibration is gone but I’m taking my bride out a little later for Mother’s Day and will be able to test it better on the open highway…
