You’re using an actual OBD2 scanner? You should be getting a specific code, not just a generic “emissions” issue. Mine has done this since day 1. Same with my last truck. Ford uses 2 piece drive shafts, that’s most likely what you’re feeling.

Had the same problem and same setup. Have the alignment checked, that’s what my issue was. 265 width is gonna be a snug fit on stock wheels as it is. Any error in alignment is going to cause potential rubbing on coils or arms.
