Again, cable wasn’t limp, I was dampening the damper... also note the ratchet strap for raising the tailgate. It’s quite the procedure. I actually have to flip up the tonneau cover first all by myself. I am still searching for a passenger side damper too... I’m very dainty

I was actually going to figure out how to install the auto tailgate thing on an escape on to my Ranger. Probably isn’t too hard.

I installed sport mode on my TGD. Works great, even beat an F150 off the line for time to fully open.

I am glad to see I am not the only one that thinks the QC folks gave up giving a shit.... first mod I did was take that made in Michigan sticker off.... it wasn’t even on straight and had air bubbles... it drives me nuts because it’s the little things that shouldn’t be hard to control that are...

I find the padding on the Lariat arm rest ok..... I try not to actually rest too much weight on her tho... makes a bit of a weird distressed plastic noise... someone had a thread about a pad they got for theirs that seemed well liked by most people...

Some of the lariat stuff isn’t the best. My armrest is ok for now, but stitching is coming out of my wheel and a seat... also I had a nasty mark on my passenger seat that looks like it was “repaired”

I think there are also drains at the end of the bed/tub too. I noticed when I was parked down hill a few degrees with a leaking barrel of water I had two very distinct puddles underneath just under the bed and can gap, maybe there too??

I got the exact same one, I am happy with it. Seems like quality isn’t the best but it’s held up really well for me. I added the Ford aero skin deflector and it lines up perfect with it and looks good in my opinion. Great looking truck my man!!
