It’s the old Onteribble shitty end of the stick for sure.... when I bought in December they had 3 identical trucks to mine, 3-4 XLTs and I think 5 2019 ones on the lot. Also like 12 escapes and 4 broncos. Only 20 or so F150s
Just an FYI/heads up, refineries including for who I work for are starting to build stock, target is 90 to 180 days of product forecasting supply issues.... a lot of suppliers postponed or didn’t do complete turn arounds due to covid etc, and now it’s catching up, and adding to it is pipeline...
Isn’t that just a hacksaw... also pipe chain saw (not chainsaw) work amazingly quiet when you apply some oil... I sort of align this with stealing rims and the locking lug nut thing or the intent of Torx fasteners... where there is a will there is a way.
There is an aux tank for the Ranger that sits like the swing out storage, but it’s not plumbed to the tank, have to your a hand pump. Some guy put a video on YouTube of it. Probably not Ranger specific tho. Redneck engineerding is my guess as well but I can’t tell from the picture if it would...
I don’t doubt they have someone else make them. I also don’t doubt some things are covid related such as chip shortages etc... hell I am still waiting on rubber floor mats that I ordered in January from weather tech. I just think the foam thing is funny...
I’m not trying to be shitty, I guess...
If you are concerned it’s a fuel delivery issue I’d have the oil checked for gas in it and or injectors checked. A few people have had issues with those.
Yeah I agree with those numbers. I more mean we aren’t going to get the 30-45 increase that I guess the 2.3 has in other vehicles. I’m sure if you run 93+ octane you will get 270 or maybe a little passed it, but it’s not going to do it all.
Looks like I struck a nerve... I believe I said it is probably foam to dampen noise. My “shitty” descriptor may be misused or misunderstood. I find it funny that it is no longer included stock, and I question how long it will hold up over the life of the truck being removed and replaced. It...
I’m confused on this.... mine came with it already on... is this a different one? Also it’s shitty foam, probably to dampen (lolz) sound? Funny thing, my Toyota cover fits the engine, just a different fastening method.
