Bump, anyone use this product yet and verified their engine didn't blow up? Was it ez enough that even if only helps minimally, it is still worth trying to help reduce carbon buildup on the valves?
Have you had a chance to use the CRC GDI intake valve cleaner yet? Is this product tested and verified to not cause issues and help with the carbon buildup? I just found it earlier today browsing youtube and took a shot searching for it on here and found your post, so thought i'd ask.
Since Its a DI engine and its almost guaranteed you’ll have carbon buildup on the valves. And not sure why/how but every article i find says to do regular oil changes to help minimize it, there ase other things but changing oil is the most common. Id rather NOT do it over 5k miles.
Thats what i was thinking, curious how some are already calling it ugly when its wrapped like a gift.
With that said,I was the same way with the maverick when it was spied, thought it might look goofy. After seeing it in person its not bad, just dont think the headlamps fit it.
If they become safe driving im choosing the absolute cheapest vehicle possible. Because i wouldnt care and would just sleep. Basically it would be like public transportation, could care less about how it drives looks etc
Has anyone actually verified when/if the 6g ranger is coming to america? There may be a chance you’ll be waiting for awhile if not.
Love the truck, but with gas prices im really happy i have a jetta still…. It’s basically 80$ a fillup. And i dont even go on many trips yet.
Kind of a dumb question but.... i have the same issue and it's never bothered me, but if there is a 'fix' for it, does the TSB include 2020? Because it says one of the parameters is 2019... wondering if they just havent updated it.
Ya, and to add, I believe they try to put that cost ok your car loan, so its also gaining interest. I could be wrong, i kinda zone out whenever i buy a car and they start talkimg about ext warranties. Buying it after the fact for half the price is so much better. Which is funny because i swear...
well i gave in and purchased 8yr/100k ($200 deductible) for about $1060. At least now i can not worry so much about some of the random issues popping up haha. I cant believe i gave in, damn.
Well shit imma call mon to get more info, thats so worth it imo, especially with my first vehicle that i do have concerns of long time reliability…. But fk I love the truck too much haha so might as well get some protection
