While cans are nice and helpful this is a better solution for me.
From this I can use a battery powered pump and fill my tank when needed. Plus it can double as a spare tak for my home Gen during Hurricane season here.
Congratulations you have passed up everything I can find on Google for service intervals they all stop at 150,000 miles

I had a 2019 Ranger 2x4 when I sold it in Feb of 24 to get my wifes Explore it had 80,000 plus yes there are those of us who put many miles on cars and trucks. I used old blue for work and averaged a tad over 20,000 miles a year. By now if I had keep her she would have def had over 100,000...
If it is a 2005 you have done good
As for engine temps even unloaded I never see 180 Trans tems stay around 190 to 197 unloaded I have not monitored oil temps but I suspect they run around the same as the coolant temps that stay in the low 200s unloaded.
hy a hybrid is a better ideal for a truck or a car for that matter they can keep it to many things to go wrong and after 10 years you wind up with a brick in the back of the truck if you plan on keeping on that long.
Well everything is ordered now this weekend time to tackle the trans and then on the the radiator after that, more later as I move through the process.
Power Stop makes a fine brake put them on my 2013 F150 after the trash pads Ford used screwed up my original rotors. If you have ever had a 2013 Ford you would know what I am talking about.
They say coolant temps between 195 to 220 are normal going up to 230 to 235 towing but reduce down if you reduce the load. Yes a radiator upgrade is on my mind since I want to go out your way to Colorado and Utah.
This is the one I am thinking about...
Oh make sense now, even though they should help you some with only 26,000 miles. As I have said in another post the have X, Facebook and other social media sites call them out on it now this is your only weapon.
@Grumpaw It is just my engineering brain that makes me question why I guess. I have all the stuff to make the changes to the transmission I think will help there. I have moved on to the coolant side of things now, I know I should not see coolant temps as high as I see. I understand under...
