Original estimate, yes. Once they got it in the shop and took a closer look, they decided it was OK to fix. I asked them about it reappearing and they said it would not. Still got my fingers crossed.

Update. Finally dropped Lone off at Maryland Collision. Only question on the quote was having the color listed as orange. Told them I did not want an orange fender on my red Ranger. Just got a call and they will be able to repair the crease without replacing the fender. Should have it back...

Second the Bakflip vote. I had one on my old Ranger and I think the my current Ranger has a Bakflip as a factory option. :thumbsup:

I was going to put my 2 cents in to lobby for a "SHRINK" button that would come in handy when I was going somewhere with tight parking and/or traffic. Seems Ford has already taken care of that. ?

I built a Maverick on line and got it up to $36K and then I checked KBB for value on my Ranger and got $39K. Interesting, indeed.

There was a time when the Ranger split the difference between a standard bed and a "splash" bed and mounted a Mazda bed on the Ranger. Gave it a nice look, but that was long ago. :frown:
