I've had my HPR for 2 years next month. I'm still getting compliments on the color.
I see they have color coordinated the key pad. That has been one of the things I have missed but I didn't want it in black. I may have to research this.
Welcome aboard. ?
My Ranger came with the Ford roll up tonneau cover. Those clamps wouldn't stay on either. Not only that, but it was hardly water tight either.
I did some research & replaced that cover with a Lear quad fold hard cover. I've had no troubles with the clamps after first retightening them as...
I have never owned a "DRIVING CAMPER", but I've towed many back in the day. In my Ranger I do currently use a dual channel dash cam.
You never know these days when that will be useful in a "he said, they said" situation.
Questions for Elkhuner, from OK to near Gainesville, FL, how many stops along the way did you make & did you disconnect & drive tow vehicle at any of them?
Just curious.
I have the same message on Ford Pass App & I went to use it to make a payment. Then I went to the Ford Owner Site & I couldn't sign in there either.
Good thing I'm like 4 months ahead In payments!!!
Just a thought --- because this was like a problem a good friend experienced when he first bought a 2013 Explorer. He complained because he thought the vehicle had no power.
But, he had always been a "TWO FOOTED DRIVER".
In simple terms, the computer didn't know whether to stop or go because...
I'll pass on the snow invite. Never learned to drive in snow & I don't think my rear wheel drive Ranger Lariat would like it much.
As for winter, "It's currently 83° at 1500 hundred hours here in Plant City, Florida and the sun is shining brightly through scattered clouds", as they used to say...
No matter the replacement blade you choose, be sure to put a towel down on the windshield. If that wiper arm should happen to fall unto the windshield without a blade attached...
OUCH!!!?
I have opened several times - carrying pvc pipe home. Also carrying wood flooring trim pieces home. And let's not forget when puppy dog is riding along!!!
I do have a tailgate seal. Once we are back in Franklin, NC after both high school graduations are over, I will have it looked at there. Time to short to deal with it here in Florida & I don't trust the dealer again anyhow.
Try leaving Franklin, NC --- Our summer home & return to Plant City, FL for 2 weeks, then onto Ft Lauderdale for a week --- All high school graduation related --- before we get back up to NC --- Next week!!!
Talk about needing a SWAMP-ASS forecast ☂️☂️☂️
It's a Ford sliding (rolling locking] cover & it leaks.
Leaks from side rails & drips from the cover grooves. No leaking is apparent from the 2 drain lines.
This has been ungoing & now that we are back in Florida for 2 high school graduations & coupled with the start of the rainy season, WOW...
"The Department of the Navy is now assigning females to quarters in separate, private, off limits areas on all aircraft carriers.
"While addressing all personnel at Pearl Harbor, CINCPAC advised, 'Female sleeping quarters will be out of bounds for all males. Anyone breaking this rule will be...
Well now. WAZE & Google maps is back. I deleted the connection between Android Auto & my Ranger. I also shut off Bluetooth on the phone.
I got in the Ranger, pressed the start button & connected the phone via USB. I then started Android Auto. Accepted the necessary permissions and WAZE was on...
My system has taken a few days to update. I think it's done as of today as it hasn't updated yet again. (Nav system)
I used Wi-Fi. I didn't keep the truck running. I checked status occasionally & found it doing its thing.
But, still don't have Waze or Google maps back. System definitely has...
Has anyone else lost the ability to use WAZE or Google Maps while their Android phone is connected via USB? Since I updated to 3.4, only the built-in nav map is available.
WAZE & Google Maps is what I relied on before.
