It's been several weeks, and the system still does not work for me. I purchased the truck through Military Auto Source and they're reporting that the truck is built and on a railcar in transit.

I concur. I'd low ball them and settle for maybe 34-35 MAX. Expecially since this truck does not have the FX4 package. I just paid after discounts and rebates and everything about $40,700 for a new new (built this week) Lariat FX4 w/ 501a.

I love how this color appears to change depending on the lighting. This almost looks like a champagne color. Kinda like something you'd see on a Lincoln or Lexus. Sometimes it looks like a straight silver, other pics I've seen more of a slate or a hint of blue.

Well, then I went to a window sticker checker and was able to pull down the sticker. So idk, I'll have to check with the dealer.

I I inputted my VIN and it gave me "not a valid US VIN" error. The build date is today, so I suppose it's not in the system yet.

Thanks for the line. I've always half-assed the inventory in my truck and I'd like to do it right this time. Shovels, small tool kit, first aid, firearms, etc. Makes no sense to have everything ready at home for continegencies, then be completely unprepared when you're out and about.
