Very normal for 4W on hard pavement while turning, why you don't use 4W unless on dirt/gravel/sand/snow...

I think my Sync3 takes that long to boot up. 20 seconds is too long?!? Once Sync is open the AirPlay is on the screen.

Yes, the material they supply is oversized and needs to be trimmed to fit. It is a lesson in wrapping, so mine does not look perfect, but covers everything visible with the hood closed. It is a thick material and good protection. A good practice in how to vinyl wrap! Good luck!
