You did not say if your ā21 is new so make sure your AM/FM antenna is tight. In fact Iād take it out and clean any corrosion or dirt off the end. Also the stock antenna is about 8 inches long. Some owners replace it with a stubby antenna which may degrade performance.

Yep. I just figured the seals on the coil pack were defective. I replaced the plugs and coils myself. Couldnāt wait for an appointment and hassle at the dealer.
Not a lawyer but to my mind the dealer is not repairing the vehicle but finishing the manufacturing process. In other words the factory is contracting out the final processes and tests. This has happened in car manufacturing many times before.
I would think though that the bean counters at Ford...

A lot of people had the half shafts pop out during installs. See this thread for some of the discussion https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/rough-county-install-popped-out-cv-half-shaft.7494/. Search around for various ways to do the install and avoid the problem.
Still working well. Canāt comment on dust since I have not taken it off road but the only water that comes in is a small amount at the tailgate corners. All seals remain stuck in place. WoRks for me.
