Yes, could be. Or the airbag is stuffed along the rail above the window and into the A pillar but is filled from the sounce above the window. Don’t really know.
I got curious since I don’t see any airbag deploy from the “A” pillar in the videos.
All the places described in the owner’s manual where the bags are located in my XLT are labeled with “Airbag”. Labels are on the steering wheel pad, tag on seat side panel, and trim panel above the side...
The biggest mpg gains I’ve seen on my Ranger with stock tires and Livernois tune is slow down on the highway (closer to 70 instead of 80) and ease away from the stoplights. Not easy to do. ?
The competition won’t completely redesign their product but they make see a new feature, color, design element, or dimension that will give them a preview of where Ford may be headed. A player in a highly competitive market will guard their innovations closely. Been there done that.
Mine is disabled with the tune now.

The bottom seal is the ESI ROK Block 4.25 inch wide piece, ordered from Amazon (picture below). It has been on since August and is working well.
Also included a picture of the invoice from Steele for the edge trim. I remember having trouble finding it and I may have gotten it from their Marine...
I’m currently trying peel and stick edge trim from Steele Rubber Products, Pt. No. 70-4104-344. It looks like it should help keep dust and water out. It cost $3.79/ft.
