You'd be surprised what kind of deals are possible in larger markets. I've seen Lariats with $6000 in dealer discount, $2000 in incentives, and $1000 in trade assistance this summer. With the current XLT incentives going on right now, I see many dealers offering $5000 in dealer discounts + $6100...
I am in a very similar boat, in fact I posted a thread very similar to this one back in November https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/2019-lariat-incentives.5251/. I was surprised that Ford didn't extend additional cashback to the Lariat similar to what they were offering for the XLTs. I'm...
Thanks for the correction on the front turn signal lights! That's good to hear. I'm less concerned about the mirrors but agreed full-LED w/o exception would have been appreciated.
Ford's generous $6100 in incentives on the XLT has me crossing my fingers for a similar deal on Lariats. It makes sense for Ford to want to move the mid-level XLT trim before the Lariats, the question is what timing and how generous will incentives for the Lariat be? The current XLT incentives...
Not using LED turn signal lights seems like a lazy value engineering decision. The 2020 Tacoma has a nice LED turn signal in the front for example. The unit savings couldn't have been much.
I was at the Seattle Auto Show this weekend and Ford was set up across the street from the convention center with several different vehicles including the Ranger. They were offering $2000 Private Cash if you did a test drive. They asked for name, address, email, and phone and then you could test...
I've been planning to do the same as my ten year old car is still running just fine but I want the truck by the time ski season starts out here.
I've been tracking inventory, posted dealer discounts, and incentives starting in June at a few Seattle area dealers. Reported inventory levels are...
Around here excluding road construction vehicles, midsize trucks are pretty common for trades like plumbing, electrical, building maintenance, municipal maintenance and parks dept, etc.
In an urban area trading some capability and cargo/cabin space for maneuverability can make a lot of sense...
Great news! This compares favorably over Toyota which charges $80/year for Remote Connect after a one year trial. https://www.toyota.com/content/connectedservices/marketing/PDF/MY20_Connected_Services_Table.pdf
That seems to be confirmed by Ford's incentive program. In the PacNW the they're offering 1.9% 60mo (or 0% 36mo financing) but in southern Idaho (Boise) and western Montana (Missoula) they are offering 0% 60mo financing.
That said I've only seen a new Ranger once on I-90 between Snoqualmie...
Are you in Seattle area? If so I'm curious what your experience was at the different dealers. I'm planning to buy a Ranger or a Tacoma near the start of ski season.
For lithium ion or lithium polymer batteries found in cell phones, the worst thing you can do is frequent "deep" charges from a near empty battery to full. This is exhibited by the large amount of heat generated. In an unrealistic perfect world, you would keep your phone between 40 and 70% with...
Apple enabled third party navigation apps last year with the release of iOS12. Be sure your phone is up to date and you can use Google Maps and Waze today!
I’m betting we’ll see more rebates + good dealer discounts on top of the improved 0% 60 month financing offer at the end of Q3. That financing deal already is a $2.2k savings vs the 2Q 2.9% 60 month promotion.
