  2. It’s done. One piece driveshaft!

No issues at all. Has a few thousand miles on it and some crazy off roading since install. I know Tom Woods sold one to a Ranger owner recently based on an IG post I saw recently.
  3. Finally got mine.

How dare you tow it with a Dodge! JK. Congrats. Beautiful truck.
  4. I might have to sell the Ranger

That's the only reason I want a white one
  5. Check 4x4

So you going back to a 1980's car then if you get rid of your Ranger? With roll up windows I presume too? Just in case, you know in case those go out too.
  6. Engine vibration

Fixed. New one piece driveshaft installed.
  7. Look UP yours, I looked UP mine. I think you will like this post.

Since our engines are GDI engines, I don't see how this would help clean the valves at all. Maybe the pistons to a degree.
  8. Truck dash activates

My truck will start making some R2D2 noises all on its own even after it's been sitting for a while without me touching it lol... Maybe she just wants attention
  9. Engine vibration

Mine idles pretty smooth. She's just loud lol... Sounds like a 1930's sewing machine
  10. New Tires

    Love mine too
  11. ARB Air Locker

It's funny that until I saw one a few months ago, I didn't know there was such a thing as an STX with FX4. Mine is an XL STX 4x4 with E Locker and Trailer Tow. That's really all I need/wanted anyways. Plus I didn't really have a choice since it was literally the only Ranger on the lot at the...
  12. ARB Air Locker

Yup I have it on my poverty ranger lol.. STX XL
  13. ARB Air Locker

I’ve heard good things about their air locker. I will tell you one thing, I’ve been off roading a lot throughout the years and never needed my locker, but went off roading recently and got stuck and couldn’t get out for the life of me, my locker got me out with ease. Glad I had it. Needless to...
  14. 2019 Ranger - Rear Differential Failure

Even if the Amsoil I switched to is 80W90, I should still switch to conventional?
  15. 2019 Ranger - Rear Differential Failure

I changed my rear diff oil out at 5K. Was pretty dirty and the magnet did have some gunk but nothing crazy. I always do rear diff fluid change early on in my new vehicles. It’s cheap and I do it myself so why not. Now on your original post, got me thinking. I did switch to Amsoil because my...
  16. No more QT Gas

As an experiment I have tried gas from different gas companies here locally, Shell, Chevron, and cheaper gas stations. I haven't noticed a difference in MPG so I stick to my local cheaper grocery store gas station gas.
  17. Long term reliability of the 2.3

I plan to upgrade to a full size truck in the future, so as long as I get 7-8 years and 150K out of this truck i'll be happy. I have 10K on her now, no issues. She's been abused too, a lot of off roading.
  18. It’s done. One piece driveshaft!

Mine has been holding up great, no issues. I’ve put a few thousand miles on it now and have taken it off roading a few times, and no issues. The mounts stay put, no cutting. Plenty of room. Mine was a simple bolt on, no modifications to the truck itself. I can revert back to the factory...
  19. Another vibration saga

You’re right, but during my research, I have seen many people with the same exact issues as me. No problem stock, threw on leveling kit and all hell broke loose.
