I saw the headlines earlier on my homepage. Sad, he was only 41 and they only said it was a "serious illness". It just goes to show that life is precious and can be taken away at a blink of an eye so live each day to the fullest!

With that said ...Go Habs!!!

Like most have said in all of the stories and articles, I couldn't stand the dude for the longest time, especially when he raced for JGR. When he moved to RCR (due to nepotism) I slowly starting pulling for him, especially during the long winless drought.

Either way, fan or not, truly a sad and unfortunate thing to happen at such a young age. Feel for his family. 😥

What a game last night!!
You're not kidding!

The second period was a nail biter! After a great first period they looked like they were napping in the second. lol They always seem to find a way to win and during the regular season they swept the Canes. I doubt they'll sweep them now but I'm really hoping they can make it to the Cup finals! It's been 33 years since they won and I'd love to see them win at least 1 more in my lifetime.

Yeah, i am in south texas and there are only about 10 NASCAR fans here. People ask who? I listen to nascar radio about 4 hours a day, morning and afternoon, so....pretty down about it.

I live n New England and not many fans here either, .....even though we host a race every summer. (Loudon NH speedway) I was a Dale Earnhardt Jr. fan , ...............................so not a Kyle Busch fan at all ......but I would never wish sudden death on anyone at such a young age. sad

Agee, I never really got into Nascar, but this guy became quite the accomplished driver. And I feel bad for the wife and kids. Way too young.

So why all the hush hush on cause of death? I'm seeing this a lot more lately.

I am sure they just wanted to make sure they didn't get false crap circulating out there. And respect for family privacy. For a change. They said today it was severe pneumonia with sepsis.

Yeah I read about it after my post. Sad. It Is very rare for a 41 year to develop sepsis from pneumonia. Sounds like a chronic condition.

I don't watch or follow Nascar but have seen a few bits and pieces of races over the years. I always knew the pit crew guys were fast but after watching this 21 second video it really shows how fast they are.
