I went out to the truck and pulled F31, Sync screen was still powered. I then pulled F32 and the screen was dead. My BCM has all fuses installed, whether used or not.IDK why they have the circuit wired differently (diagrams) or even in your owner's manual.
II suggest checking your BCM fuse box to verify which is correct.
If you are correct, then we have (FOUND) a wire change, that has not been noticed or documented before - and with all the (posts) for the Sync Reset (Pull Fuse) nobody has brought it up that Fuse 31 was empty or no reaction (power-off) of the APIM.
Something is (OFF) here and I suspect it's the information you have (both your wiring diagram & owner's manual ref)
The only way to know for sure is a physical check of your BCM-Fuse Box and see what fuses 31 & 32 are actually powering.
Fuse 31 will drop power from the APIM
Fuse 32 will drop power from the RTM, and you will have lost remote FOB functions
