Just picked up the Ford tray style liners. I really like the way they feel a lot but I have one gripe about them. In the back they're asymmetrical where the driver side mat lays over the hump and just kind of tucks up next to the passenger side mat. I know I'll forget all about it once it's loaded up with the dog and grear but I just thought it was kind of cheesy. Aside from that one detail, I love the way the front mats fit and feel. Much nicer quality than the hard plastic feeling of the Weather Tech mats. Let's hope they hold up!

*I know I could trim the rear but I would rather have the overlay than any gap across it. It's raining right now but maybe I'll take a closer look at it sometime. :sunglasses:

I picked these up too, I like the Lariat carpet mats a lot, though our winters just beat them up. These OEM rubber mats are nice though. I thought the same about the back fit, with the overlap after having a solid piece with my Tacoma TRD OR-4x4, yet like this application better than having to drag out a one piece for the to shake it out.

You know, I hadn't thought about that actually. Probably because I hardly ever clean my vehicles... But looking back at when I've had to install them you're definitely right about it being a PITA when it's a full one piece design.

Rewired my fog/sasquatch lights lol Previously had the wireless warn light switch but it was a bit inconsistent. Decided to use the overhead console next to the garage door opener I put in recently. Also pre-installed another switch which I’ll get to eventually.

Nice! How is the light output with the lights behind the grille?

any pics how you mounted them?

Mounted on plastic piece underneath radiator shroud/cover. Might not be the most stable mounting point but its sufficient enough for some offroad use here and there for me. Didnt notice any erratic movement on some vacant roads either. Not the best picture but this is taken through the grill. Light output is good. I have them angled outwards to give me some more lateral vision at night.

Installed the Weathertech mud flaps.

Front took a bit of time. Instructions say remove 3 factory plastic fasteners and the Torx screw on bottom of fender, pull back the fender liner and insert clips. I found it easier to just remove two of the plastic fasteners crawl on back and reach inside liner to place needed u-clips for the screws.
Biggest pain was figuring out where to move the wheels.

Rears are a piece of cake...remove one plastic fastener and Torx screw on bottom of fender, 2 minute job each on the rears.

Weathertech mud flaps finally came in. Instructions kinda sucked but once the first one and on, the other side was easy. Did have to take the front tires of though. Rears were simple.

You being in Canada, I’d say it’s a must! Lol link below. The complete harness is nice and if you go that route, I recommend at least considering keeping the relay inside the cabin and possibly tapping into the passenger compartment fuse box with an add-a-circuit. That way you would be able to set it up in a way that the lights will turn off with the accessory. I ended up hooking mine up to the battery so there’s that risk of leaving them on. Then I had to extend that harness, which really wasnt all that bad, for it to reach the overhead console the way I ran the wires. Hindsight is 20/20 but in the end it works well and I recommend it.

Yeah the instructions were not the best. I moved the tires back and forth.Taking them off would have been easier

Nice! Looks great. Im on the fence with these. Any reason you chose these over other manufacturers?
