AutoZone said there are two codes showing up:

U0131-00 lost communications with PSCM
U0104-00 lost communication with cruise control module
These codes don't seem to be related to your stalling issue, power steering control module and cruise control module communications. You might want to download the Forscan program and buy an OBD II adaptor and use that to get more in-depth DTC readings.

The U014 code may be related to your Adaptive Cruise Control message.

On the surface no they are not, but you have to look at where those 2 modules are getting power.

They are powered partially by the VPWR circuits and power when the Run/Start Relay closes
The Run/Start Relay closes with a (ISP-R) ground signal to ground the relay coil, that ground comes from the BCM

Power feed to the Run/Start relay comes in when the PCM Power Relay closes

So, you have a MAIN battery feed issue or s signal loss for (ISP-R) Ignition Switch Position - Run

I would pull the Run/Start Relay as a starting point, I think the PCM Power Relay is good, as in your first video post - I hear the - Waste Gate Actuator - Moving (Whine) so the PCM Power Relay is closing.
The relay is located in the (Upper BJB Box) Engine Bay Fuse Box

Also, when the Run/Start Relay closes it powers the DC/DC convertor module and this module provides the VPWR for the PSCM & CCM as well as it sends the start signal to the PCM

So, if any one module (ties) into all your issues this is it

So, I would pull and reseat the connectors on the DC/DC Convertor Module.

In fact, with the truck running wiggle and shake the Run/Start Relay & the DC/DC convertor module connector and see if it triggers any engine stumble.

I would want to agree with airline tech....it sounds like you have some intermittent ground fault that occasionally interrupts power. This happened to me on another car I had and cleaning and reattaching all battery/chassis/engine grounds I could find cured the problem.
