Just finished installing my Fox 2.5s. After I got the tires back on I was testing clearances and sure enough at full lock the tires hit the fitting coming off the resi. The orientation of the fittings coming off the resi doesn't seem like it can be changed or in other words i don't see how you can rotate the resi to move the fittings more towards the top or the bottom so there is more clearance, they are stuck pointing straight out the side horizontally. Im only running 255/70R18 so only 32x10.2 on factory wheels. mounting brackets for the resi are exactly 7in forward of the cross member per the instructions and all install videos I have seen. How can this be?

I had the same issue 2021 FX4 Lariat Supercab running KO2 285/65/18 on Method 316 wheels with a +18 offset, and coilovers set to approx 2.5 lift. I had to remount the brackets as far in towards the center has I could. Worked good for the passenger side. On the driver side I needed to rotate the clamp on the lower radiator hose out of the way, then flatten the bracket out which moved the reservoir out of the way. Still a very slight rub at full lock. With 275's you should be able to move them enough to clear depending on wheel offset of course.

Not enough offset with factory wheels would be my guess.

Pretty disappointing design of the resi mount locations and lack of info that more offset is required to make it work. I was able to use a wrench on the hose fittings and forcefully rotate the resi so the fitting is now near 10-11 oclock (passs) and 1-2 o clock (driver) and tight to the truck frame. This also twisted the hose slightly inward closer to the frame and more out of the way. I had to add some large zip ties that run around the hose fitting and frame to take some of the load of the hose wanting to un twist because the resi mount brackets were so flexy. Works for now so we can get out for a weekend trip but Im not sure what the long term answer is yet...

Kind of reviving an old thread here. Installed Fox 2.5’s on my 2021 Lariat FX4 today, As soon as I pulled out of the garage I noticed the rubbing near full lock on the stock 18” wheels. I have a set of Method 703’s coming this week in a 17x8.5 +0 Offset. Im really hoping that will eliminate this issue so I dont have to re drill the holes for the Resi bracket. If anyone with this setup (17x8.5 +0) can chime in that would be great!

I have Method 316 18 x 9 +18 offset with KO2 285/65/18 and when I did the Fox 2.5 and placed reservoirs in the suggested position the hoses rubbed. I needed to move them in towards the center of the engine and forward as far as possible. On the drivers side I needed to rotate the position of the clamp for the lower radiator hose to move the reservoir where it needed to be. Turned into more work then it should have been had to drain the radiator to reposition the hose clamp then needed to get a radiator tool kit to get all the air out of the system after refilling it.

Edit
Forgot to mention this was also on a 2021 Lariat FX 4 I have Shrockworks aftermarket skid plates installed.
Also just noticed I posted the same thing 2 years ago in post #2. Everything has been good since install with some pretty hard offroading.
