Can you do something like this in NY?NY background check to buy ammo starts soon. You will be responsible to pay the background check fee. Stock up now if you're in NY.
I have no idea I knew nothing about it before I got an email. Got an email from my state senator about this. Apparently there is no way to stop something like this from passing with the idiot NYC liberal democrats controlling the entire state. She is bringing forth a bill to make the ammo seller absorb the background check cost which is all she can do at this point, there is no way to stop it. Our State Police are in control of this and they are no longer a loved part of NY government as they are pushing a liberal agenda now. I have lost all respect for them at this point along with many others. I will be looking into it more when I get time. It doesn't affect me because I reload and it's a short drive to a friend in Pennsylvania but they could throw a $25 cost on a $10 box of ammo so it would pay to stock up if buying in NY is your only source.

So is my woodstove and gas stove. I now have an extra of each. We are lucky to have a great Sheriff that won't enforce the unconstitutional laws the governor makes up. But the State police are pricks about the governor's dreams. Made a mistake staying in NY to retire.primers, powders, and equipment to reload are on the target list.
Im not sure if it is the worst but it certainly is ugly and sloppy feeling in the hand. Ive seen a lot of videos of folks saying they work well and are accurate just ugly. I always wanted a kel tec sub 2000 but could not find one at the time. so i got a hi point carbine. it works like a clock. feels like an anchor though lol!I bought what I believe many to consider the worst pistol marketed in the USA today.
Just purely for goofing off purposes, I went on GunBroker.com and bought a used Hi-Point C9 for $41 (+ shipping). This happened because I was trying to show a co-worker something about the new 10mm Hi-Points, and he absolutely refused to look at "that garbage" on my computer screen. So I bought one to dump on his desk! ?
I like little projects, so I figured I would take some time to clean it up, get it functioning 100%, and then I will try to transform it into a real shooter!
My roommate in college bought one. I had just bought my first gun, a .40 Springfield XD, and the next day, for the same money, he went out and bought a Hi-Point C9 and a Mossberg Maverick 88. I distinctly remember shooting it and thinking it felt like crap, but it shot impressively well and accurately.
I hope all officers will adopt the same as the sheriff. every where. So is my woodstove and gas stove. I now have an extra of each. For a second I thought this was going to be part 3 of the Prodigy review.I bought what I believe many to consider the worst pistol marketed in the USA today.
If your state was perfect we'd have migrant hunting guides. But I guess we'll have to settle for governor turbowheels and his buoys. I've been hearing many Texans are moving to Oklahoma and Texas is the actual "New Mexico" if you know what I mean.in state not perfect but tolerable. federal is a snafu lol.
HahahahaFor a second I thought this was going to be part 3 of the Prodigy review.
...Haha I'm just kidding. How has that Prodigy been treating you? No malfunctions? I hear the 5" barrel version has had more than the 4.25". I might get something "nice" over labor day, not sure what yet.

Glad yours is running good! Maybe I could put "Timmy Tactical Gun Reviews" in the address box then. I heard the 5" has a "Gen 2" now with a different recoil spring and rumor is the slide is lightened too.Hahahaha
So I think I got lucky. Springfield sent my gun to my company to do a review on. I'm wondering if it was "special." LOL
It has had zero malfunctions! I absolutely love shooting it!
That being said, it sounds like Springfield has tuned the design across the board and that they all run pretty good out of the box.
