Pin stripes! Great idea, Dave's new Tremor really needs to set an example for all of us on the forum.

How about a patriotic look?

It's like you don't know him at all! Obviously, Dave's going to pinstripe a damper on his truck! What were you thinking???

Safe travels Dave. You may get a dash warning to keep both hands on the wheel. I know this will cause arm fatigue. May I suggest at rest stops, get out and work the tailgate up and down, up and down. it worked for me prior to dampening.

Also, thanks Rick @Rp930 for suggesting that we stop at Dicks Hamburgs while we were in Spokane Valley. It's an old 60's type walk up burger place which was a perfect place to grab a good burger and fries before heading on the road.

I think Kristina @Kristina would've had a heart attack though. We had to eat in the new truck while driving.o_O The place we were staying at in La Grande,OR has a check in deadline of 9:00pm so we didn't have time to hang around and eat there. No worries Kristina there were no crumbs anywhere I checked once we stopped.:inspect:?

????
You have a tailgate for that!
NEW truck…
No leather seats.
In that heat.
Poor baby-truck ?

You need to ban yourself for 20 minutes and think about what you have done.

he gauge is showing 22.7 but I need to fill up today and add it to my Fuelly app to see. I'm sure it's off from the factory (most are) and I'll have to make the adjustments like I did on my '19.

I started at 944 on my '19 and it takes about 6+ tanks to set in.

What is your average cruising speed? My Ranger has the Tremor tires and wheels on it. I have to go from Phoenix to Tuscon this weekend, which is mostly flat. I'll bet I average between 20 - 21 mpg cruising at 75 to 80 mph. I don't know if it is may Ranger, or my driving habits, but it has never got good fuel economy from day one. It is better than my 2011 Tacoma got, but not by much. BTW. the cruise control will be heavily used driving down to Tucson. Also, I am well aware that the speedo is @ 3% off due to my larger tires.

"75 to 80"
That's part of your mpg issue right there.
My 4WD XLT gets about 26-ish mpg doing the same trip...at no more than 72 mph.
Wr are going to Tucson from Prescott this coming Sunday, and I'll try to remember to take and post a picture of the dash to shore up my claim.
But I admit to driving pretty much like a grandpa most all the time to keep my mpg up as much as possible, and because I just don't like the stress of driving at such high speeds.

I'll have to hand calculate it tomorrow but surprisingly the mpg wasn't to bad, I was expecting worse. Being new and with the dealer filling it with 87 I averaged 22.7 with 90% highway driving. I tried the best I could to fluctuate my speed anywhere from 55-80 and we made a couple pit stops.

That is very good mileage for a brand new Tremor.
Plenty acceptable.

Hi Dave,

Now being White, The whole truck is your canvas! Pink and yellow stripes, maybe?
I was thinking black letters on the side that say TRUCK.
