Can Forscan disable the safety feature of not being able to read text messages while driving?

The screen that pops up has a bunch of other stuff to read and buttons to push on it while driving, iunno why they think that the only thing you cant read is the text would make any difference?

Why read it? Let the system read it to you. And you can reply thru voice to text.
