Luckily, your PayPal account has nothing to do with your right to be a human being. PayPal CERTAINLY doesn't know anything about that as we've seen recently. The Constitution of the United States never goes out of style no matter how many lefties wish it would. Basic human rights will never change. The only thing that changes are those that want to defend them and those that want to remove them.

Agreed, and being from Canada ours are different in many ways than south of the border.
Its always a touchy subject, but with forward progress in life in many ways, there is always room for improvement. I never look at removing a right, I would rather add new ones, but am open to becoming more specific in certain cases.
The sad part which we had seen during the trucker convoy thing up here in Canada the past year, interpretations (some incorrectly) of our charter are cherry picked to fit someones narrative.
If anything, amendments to our charter should be expected, to ensure that it is on point in its purpose.

And, if you didn't know already, there HAVE been amendments to the U.S. Constitution. So, it's not like this country has been unwilling to adapt. However, most of the amendments have been made in order to more specifically elaborate on the rights and freedoms the people of this country have so that no one can claim vague language or unspecified ideals that they may see in the original Constitution.

Any changes to any constitution should be handled this way. They should only ever be made in order to give people more freedom, not to restrict freedoms.

Crimes should be punished. But not before they happen. I believe there was a whole movie about that made years ago and it was pretty dystopian in nature.

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
