What did you receive in the mail today for your Ranger?

Got this from Maglite today - a 2-D cell LED flashlight.

I have several tactical Olights and they're smaller and brighter but I wanted a US-made light for Soupie's glovebox.

This also pays homage to the 6-D cell Maglite baton that I carried in the FJ-40 for 46 years.

I have that exact same color and size Maglite in my Ranger.

On my old 6 battery one, I changed the lightbulb to a lower wattage to get a longer run time, man has that changed for the better with LEDs.

Solid. Dependable. Fits precisely in the glove box. Bright as heck.

Not super bright. But it has some other "redeeming" features!

My registration renewal. It wasn't in the mail like it should've been but after a reply post to Mike @BettaRanga about registrations it got me thinking I should've received it by now as I bought it in July. I just paid it online and as much as I hate paying this, at least our roads are smooth as glass here so I don't mind as much as when I was back in MA. There you'd be better off on some off road trails as they were smoother than most the main roads.
At least it's better than last years $602.35.

Geez, I thought mine was bad at $92.
Renewal came this week and the wife says “It didn’t used to be that much.”
I said right, that’s because truck registration is more than cars and my old Sport Trac was classified as a station wagon and didn’t have a weight class sticker.
