Is their a way to turn off prompt volume?

Hey guys,
Is there a way to turn off the prompt volume on a 2019 XLT? My problem is that I have to turn up prompt volume to listen to text messages, but then when the next alert comes in, it’s deafening. Is it possible to just turn off the actual prompt and not the message? Cheers everyone!

I’m betting somebody will come along with the correct answer but it’s similar to a problem I’ve had on Hondas. I think if you turn down the volume on your phone that might do it for you. I can’t quite remember ‘cause it’s been a while
