Black Appearance Fender grill / surrounds

Got a Ranger Lariat in white used but I like the black appearance package which it did not come with so I’m trying to piece it together. I got the black grill off of a member here and I’m getting the lower valance (Front bumper trim) from my Ford dealer down the street but they can’t find the OEM Ford Black Fender grill for me to order. Anyone else have this issue?

How do you remove the lower valance??
