Hit the strip with a heat gun and it will form into the grill seamlessly. Will take some patience but the payoff will be epic! Once formed you can use 3M automotive double sided tape to fix them in solid. Looks awesome already!

I will take pics of what i used. Its a sheet of foam cut to fit wrapped with really thick gloss red vinyl

A more permanent and durable material would be ABS plastic. Comes in many different colors now and can be formed into permanent shapes just as you have done.

I only searched a little bit but this company sends samples. Some of the hits I got while searching were in China. For small quantities that would work too. Just a little wait to get them. Thinking about it, they may already have the inserts molded up already for this! ?

Im gonna do that tonight started out as a joke to see how i liked the look of the tremor grill on my truck but its been on for 3 weeks and turns heads in town
