On some browsers, this may cause some function buttons to disappear as the window is narrowed. Grab a corner and drag the window wider; see if the "Edit" & "Delete" functions return. Also check your font size in the menu bar (8th icon from the left); try 15 or less.

That seems to solve almost everything. For some reason I always forget to reboot my phone so I set up a reminder to do it every Sunday evening.
