Pro cal (Ford Performance) problem!

I received my Ford performance Pro Cal unit today. I followed all of the prompts and when I went to enter the voucher ID it said that the voucher ID was already activated. I went to the Pro Cal desktop software and try to login with my credentials and it said “wrong email address for voucher ID”. Of course Ford performance customer service is closed on the weekend. Has anyone had this issue?

i would contact them first. they should be able to take care of the issue. they might have mispackaged the voucher ID sheet. but, if you have already contacted them, what did they have to say?

How is it now Aaron ,worth it ? can you go back to stock real easy to tow? thanks
With this weather I haven't been able to really test it out. I will say though, the flashing process is quick, simple and straightforward! Going back to stock should be a piece of cake.

The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to adjust for my tire size. It just won't work.... for now.

I had a similar issue when I downloaded mine. Levittown Ford put me in touch with a Ford performance guy, who issued me another voucher. That one worked as advertised.

Hey Benny, I am also having trouble with the procal unit I bought from Levittown (although a different issue) and I have been in contact with Ford Performance for the last 2 weeks with no luck. Do you think you could get me in touch with someone who can help me out?

Mine's still working great. Only issue I'm having now is a connection with my PC. I got the alert about the towing tune update and when I plugged the procal into my PC I get the cannot connect windows registry error. So far, no clue what to do. Man oh man I wish more stuff connected with Mac. I never have issues with my Macbook.

I had to go buy a cheap PC from Costco just to do the tune so I know how you feel. What error are you getting? Mine says "Calibration not found (Err 1). Contact your dealer." So far I have not been thrilled with my purchase. Kind of thinking I should have went with Livernois or 5Star because they are Mac compatible.

I have already downloaded my stock tune to the ProCal device. I have been talking with Steve and he said that the engineers are aware of the issue and that they are updating the servers or something along those lines. He has tried to help and I have no complaints against him, but that is essentially the same answer that I have got since I have bought the tune (from multiple people) which is, "Try it again later." Thanks for your help!

I just sent them an email. I may get back the same info you already have. The good news is it does not sound like an isolated issue so it will get more attention to correct.
