I thought I would share my experience with the PROCAL4. After banging my face on my keyboard for 2 days with registry errors, I tried a different USB port and bingo, that did the trick! Connected right away!

I got mine today from @Stage3Motorsports Great service as usual & killer price.
Unfortunately, it's same exact situation as the OP. You follow instruction, calibration tool runs diagnostic, backup VIN & data, but when you get to the part where you submit the voucher code, it tells you it's been activated already + wrong email.
Ford Performance is closed today for Thanksgiving, so I can't do anything about it until Monday morning now.

I tried to update my tune today, all went well until I received the same error code. I missed the chat line by 11 minutes, have you been able to get it to work?

You will likely have to wait & get new voucher code from them.
It wasn't explained very well IMO(if at all), but basically if you don't enter voucher code on the Ford Performance website first, code become unusable & you'll need new replacement code from Ford Performance.
Error code pointing out how it was already issued, or to different email I think it said, they just add confusion on top of everything. Basically, don't enter the voucher code to the calibration app/tool until you enter it on their website. Hope this helps.
