Hey guys,

Just figured I would share my experience with running both the Ford drop in liner with a spray in liner underneath. Everything fits great!

I still get the benefits of the deep board channels while not having to worry about the chaffing under the drop in liner.

If anyone is interested in seeing pictures, I will certainly upload some.

Cheers,
Chris

Whoever designed the crap drop in bed liner should be fired, buldging design where you have to blindly fish for tie downs and those obnoxious rubber circles which make no sense why they couldn't just have a small opening . Only reason why I still have mine is my dealer “pre-installed it on all their models” so they could overcharge for it and don’t feel like paying for a spray in liner yet when I was already bent over for a “dealer added option”. Tacoma does their beds the right way, it’s not a cheap liner it’s just a normal full designed plastic bed.

As far as I know ALL drop in bedliners look and function just the way you describe.

And plastic bed? No thankyou.

I can't understand why anybody would want a drop in, let alone when they have spray in underneath. If board channels are so important fab them into the bed before bedlining goes down.
