Not many people with long travel kits on here, unfortunately. I'd like to see more of them on the Rangers. It's something I want to do.

Where are you getting the fenders from?

Not sure yet, just ordered the kit. But might run it for a bit before the fenders.... don’t like having parts just sitting around haha

What tires you running? Pretty sure 35s wont fit at all without new fenders.

I’m running 33” tires.
I've got 285/75r16' KO2's, waiting on the wheels. Black rhinos kept being delayed at 4WP so I changed the order to methods. I get it when you want to put your parts on! I was initially looking at the APG long travel kit becomes I'm for sure ordering my front and rear Kings from them tuned for our rangers. Their long travel kit comes at 2500, or 3500 with OEM ball joints and bushings preinstalled for a pure bolt on, but honestly the baja kit long travel is 3000 (rwd) with all new hardware and zerk fittings to grease up! I like the replaced bushings and uniballs with the ability to grease them. How's the long travel kit working out for you? I'm stuck between Advanced Fiberglass Concepts and Fiberwerx for the bedsides and fenders. The advantage of Fiberwerx is that the stock valance works but the fenders and bedsides have a 3.5" bulge and 1.5" more height clearance per side and the advantage of Advanced Fiberglass Concepts is that they have 4.5" bulge and 2" of height clearance per side, but you have to buy the valance. Now they come out to about the same price but I'm not sure how much more it cost to prep and paint the valence as opposed to just the fenders and bedsides. I believe the whole bed has to come off to get to the spot welds between the bed and the cab holding on the bedsides. Have you ever felt your 33's coming into contact with your stock front fenders?

I went with fiber werx fenders, have Been running the Baja kits setup for about a week now with stock fenders. I didn’t hit any dirt so I wouldn’t mess thefenders up, but even hitting dips and other Things it never came into contact.

Yea I’m only doing the fronts, fiber werx will install the rear and do the paint... after seeing how much neither side matched up I’ll leave it up to them to fix it and make it match. Lol

Hah! Yea I think the back is a lot more work I might just do the front too. Good to know that there is quite a bit of trimming involved how much is Fiberwerx charging for the paint and install?
