Nice to see I'm not the only one out of control lately. lol Which store in TN did you buy it from,was it Smoky Mountain Guns? I buy from them often and they usually have the best price and they have great CS! I'm getting my Sig P365 XL from them which will be at my dealer today,it's out for delivery now. I bought it last Thursday and they shipped it out Friday.

Glock does have a newer one out that's close to the size of the Sig and the Shield but I can't remember what number they call it. I checked it out last summer for comparison when I was about to buy my Shield. I just do not like their guns! They never feel right in my hands so I'm done trying to convince myself I need a Glock.

A real nice guy that's semi-retired but will special order any gun.

The 380 Glock 42 is a bit bigger than the P365 and that's the smallest Glock.

Let me know how that 365 XL is! I’m considering one of those or the regular 365. I got the Glock 43 (9mm) right before sig came out with the 365- it’s nice, but only holds 7-8rds. My first and last Glock. I shoot the G 19 at work and the different cant screws me up...

I wil but it may be a week or so before I get out to shoot it. My girlfriend is flying in on the 22nd and I know she wants to go out shooting,I'm just not sure if I'll get out before that. It was supposed to be delivered today but my dealer was out so he said he'll have it tomorrow for me. I have the S&W Shield and I really love it but even with the extended mag (8 rounds) I wish the grip was just a little longer.

I've held the regular P365 and liked it but it was very similar in size to my Shield,I'm thinking this one will be perfect. I posted a couple videos a page or two back where they compare both the 365 and the XL and they liked the XL more for the longer barrel and the grip. There's nothing wrong with the regular,its just this one added a few things the original was lacking.

I carry the regular 365 and love the way it shoots. I bought it before they made the XL. I watched the video's that Dave posted and now I want an XL. I really think you can't go wrong with either...hell just buy them both!!

Always,always always tell them they look pretty first! That way you startle them while you sneak in "it was an accident". ?

I forgot about the Mossberg but you need to get her that quickly. That way you can use it as leverage when you bring home the XL.

I have read that there is a House Bill that the DemoRats are trying to pass H.R. 5717. It requires a Federal License to purchase any new weapon and it also adds a 30% tax to any firearm and a 50% tax on Ammo. It also bans all semi-auto Assault Weapons (we know where that is going) among a lot of other things. I gotta feeling that in about 5 yrs we are gonna have to choose sides.

Keep an eye out on www.gun.deals but I'm sure everyone scooped them up in the panic buy the last 2 months. Sign up for back in stock alerts at all the vendors on there.

Yeah I saw that bill but I doubt it'll go anywhere unless they get control of everything again. Even then we do have the Constitution and a conservative leaning Supreme Court now. The good thing is there are a lot of new gun owners who realized they've been LIED to so hopefully they remember this. I really think there's be another civil war if this were to happen. There are way to many legal gun owners now who wouldn't sit back at tolerate it. It's not worth getting worked up about just yet.

Got it already. Done that when we bought our grill from them a couple years ago. Gonna give it til the end of June, if still around I will get it then.

Yah, I was just looking at a local dealer that has them in stock for about $10 more than Dahlonega. It's tempting to pull the trigger, but I told the wife I'd curb the spending for a bit - just bought a Bed Rug for the truck that should be here today or tomorrow (not to mention the leveling kit I still don't have). But I'm having a hard time not buying that RI. Oh, the temptation!
