Front Lower Grille & Adaptive Cruise Control

This is my first post so I'm not sure I have it in the right forum.

I am looking at getting a honeycomb style grille for the front lower portion that has a big open area. My concern is what this could do with adaptive cruise control. The manufacturer says that they have not reported any issues but would like feedback.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have the Putco one from Stage3.
It’s been on Maggie for a couple months now and I’ve had no issues.

Mountains2Metal has one coming out (link above is for trucks without), I'll be receiving the first one this week. I'll report back once I get it and put it on.

Putco one works great, no probs, taste like chicken.

All good here with my Putco one here too. No issues at all and it looks great!

Installed the Putco yesterday and it doesn't affect the adaptive cruise control at all.

From my google research, there’s no cut out for the adaptive cruise control either ?

That’s what I found and referenced above. I’m just surprised it doesn’t interfere with acc. Thanks for your reply!

That is why the opening is there.... there is one without the opening for non-acc models.
