Help Understanding Sound System

I have a 2019 SuperCrew Lariat with B&O. I do not have the Driver setting - only Surround or Stereo. My rear door speakers sound great and I have good sound from the sub-woofer. So, now you have another reference point.

Thanks for responding, Larry. I have a question. If you lower the seat back on the rear seats and you are looking at the subwoofer (I guess that is the silver looking thing on the driver's side rear) and the one 6 inch or so speaker in the middle that is part of a big piece of plastic, are you getting sound out of that one speaker? My truck has nothing coming out of that speaker. I don't know if I am explaining this correctly, but any info you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I will check for you tomorrow. I am pretty sure I do. I have been very happy with the B&O System and I have tested everything as best I can with the audio controls. Please remind me tomorrow after 6 PM if you don't hear from me earlier.

Ok. I went out this morning. I used the fader controls to only rear and maximum bass. I turned the volume up to 10 and played Taylor Swift's Reputation via a USB Thumb Drive. While I did not put my ear by the horn, I put the back of my fingers there and I could feel air moving. Not necessarily when you would expect with the bass, but as the rest of the song played. All speakers work and the B&O sound is great for me. I hope you can get your sound system fixed because you will really enjoy it.

Thanks for checking yours out for me. If I understood you correctly, you were not getting a lot of sound out of the speaker by the horn? When this virus stuff ever goes away, I will stop by the dealer and listen to a truck they have in stock for a comparison. Thanks, Larry for your help.
