For those that have have the Yakima Overhaul, which bar length did you go with? Unsure between the 60" and 68". Picture would be helpful if possible.
thank you,

Not a great picture since it's from the side not the rear, but I went with the 60'' bar. It's what comes in the Ford package, and matches what all of the brochures and stock Ford pictures have for spacing. I wish there was like a 64'' option, as there's only about 3 inches or so on either side outside of the braces when it's almost all of the way down. An extra 2 inches would be perfect, but 4 inches seems like it would be too much.

Here's a different angle for the 60" bars on my truck:

Here's some photo's of the 68" bars from @WxNerd2015 's build thread. He's got more photo's on there too if you just browse through it...

FWIW, I went with 55" Crossbars on my overhaul. No chance to take any pics yet though. Still plenty of room for everything I need.

If you get a chance I’d like to see the 55” crossbar setup.

I have 50" bars on my ARE Overland Topper. I am planning to swap them out for 60" bars because they are just not wide enough for my raft frame.

Better late than never. My 55" setup (Note: These are set up as low as the overhaul will go, which should indicate the smallest overhang past the vertical supports):
