First driver's side window had the snowflake anomaly noted in some other Ford models. Ford sent a replacement. The replacement window has a wavy fun-house like distortion that makes looking out the window disorienting for the driver.
Ford is giving us a hard time about replacing it, saying that the service department needs to show it clearly in a picture. Everyone who looks at it can see it, including the service department. It's in the window, which is clear glass and is difficult to capture with a static picture. Have been to the service department for 3 rounds of picture-taking. It's getting ridiculous. It has been 2 months already, with the truck sitting in the driveway mostly.
Glad we decided to lease. We can make a decision to ditch Ford for life if they continue to be so cavalier about our safety.
