Hey guys.
I've got a couple questions regarding installing spacers on my factory wheels, I've never done this before. I'd like to use a 1" spacer, just want to get the tires even to just outside the wheel wells. Do the studs have to be cut to use a 1" spacer? Are there any driveline vibration issues after installing them? More than likely the truck won't be driven above 100 but could see that occasionally for fun...

I never used spacer and would never use spacers. If I wanted to offset the wheels, I would get off set rims.
Only requirement is that the spacers you use are hub centric. The spacer and wheel need to be supported by the hub, NOT the studs themselves. Else you will have vibration issues.

I've had Faction Fab 1" wheel spacers on my 19' Ranger for almost 2-years now. The only issue is it looks better! ha! Zero issues what so ever. No vibration, no alignment issues, no problems.

I installed Fab 1" spacers not too long ago and the truck rides just as it did prior to installation. The studs don't have to be cut but I did have to trim the crash bars. I suggest getting the Fabtech, they are nicely built.
