Looks like the rear safety sensor has been turned off.

Page 86 of the manual states that is indicating that your blind spot monitor is turned off. You can turn it on using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.

Under settings on your dashboard. use the arrow keys/ok button on the left of the steering wheel to cycle through. the exact name of the sensor eludes me this morning (coffee is still breweing) but you should be able to recognize it.
