I have been trying for two days to get on the tracking website to get an update on my truck, but the page keeps telling me "system error, please try again later." Has anyone else ever seen this? Thanks.

I just saw this now. It prompted for credentials and I cancelled then it took me back to the VIN input with the error below it you described. Hadn't had that happen previously.
I'm just going to assume an issue with the tracking site and not that my order has been nuked from low Earth orbit.

Thanks for confirming that the problem isn’t just with me. It’s still down today.

The first big screen says na but if I click on the "find" at the bottom it finds my truck.

This doesn't address your issue, but I'd call my salesperson and have him check your order status on a certain website reserved for dealers and to have him email you a screenshot.
We mere mortals don't have access to this site, which gives much more detail that the normal tracking site does.
Lol, I think my salesperson is glad the sale has been completed, I made a pest of myself...:surprised:

I think my salesman is probably happy too - I bugged him quite a bit - but he was very gracious when I did bug him. I was very happy with my purchase experience.

Ditto with my entire transaction from order date to delivery, I was very concerned about certain dealer "shenanigans" which some dealers here are known for, but the entire process was as transparent and seamless as one could ask for.
The fact that I used Ford's X-Plan program may have influenced the transaction remains to be seen, but the entire experience was very pleasant.
I can only wish that their service department provides equally fine service I hope I never need to find out, other than routine maintenance (if I go that route).
Yesterday, as I was installing my WeatherTech liners, I did discover a noticeable gap between the front and rear door sill garnish moldings, about 3/16" wide on my S/Cab, not totally unpleasant, but very noticeable. Probably designed in to allow for thermal expansion or cab flex, nevertheless, build quality is excellent, I am totally satisfied.
Ford has come a long way...a long way indeed

I spoke with the dealer late yesterday and my truck is in the railroad lot in Atlanta awaiting transfer to the trucking terminal.

Indeed, the tracking website is pretty much generic, but kudos to Ford for at least providing the site.
