Tuning with Forscan

OK, first I would like to say how I LOVE how fast my 2019 Ranger is! That being said, and since I live in the West, is the a way to got rid of the speed limiter with Forscan?

Also, while I am on the subject, does anyone know if that will also work on a 97 Cobra?
