Here is our doofus of a dog. She is 1/2 pure Great Dane and 1/2 pure Boxer. We were hoping for a bit more of the Dane. What we got instead is the energy, dexterity, nose for trouble, and doofusness of a boxer... with the size of a Dane. Needless to say we have our hands full with her. Great dog... Just full of trouble. She is like I was as a teen. ...constantly sniffing around for trouble and not at all shy about it. On the plus size, her bark is f***ing terrifying and she is big enough to take down most 2 legged beasts. I came home late one night and she came at me (not realizing it was me) and I nearly sh*t myself.

Saw this strange coconut on Mystery Island Vanuatu about 10 years ago. When cruise ships visit the locals come over and sell their stuff, but they leave straight after the ship leaves, no one lives there permanently as many of them believe it is haunted. Looking at this maybe there is some credence to that! During WW2 it was an emergency landing strip but not marked on any charts, hence the term "mystery Island" the strip is still there and kept maintained.

This was exactly my sentiments growing up in the '60's, the neighbors down the street reacted to us getting a brand new '63 County Squire with a dowdy '63 Impala wagon in baby blue. I think it was a 6 with a Powerglide and was the source of many childhood debates between us kids...lol
