Take out cigarette lighter panel

I need to take out the ISB ports. I have a USB port module with USB-c. I am able to release the whole panel around the shifter, which holds the USB module, but unable to take it out, because I think the above panel is locking it in.

Any ideas?

See where you have one USB port? I have two there. I'm trying to replace that with another module that has a USB-C port and a USB.
