Swapping out a non XM (4" screen) to a XM Ready Touch Screen Radio

I have found a used OE touch screen radio with all of the hardware and antenna. Will this swap out ok with my current non xm radio?

Unfortunately you have to have everything pre programmed. I'm not sure what price you are looking at but I do know that some places do have those radios that can include the factory navigation for close to $1,000.
