super crew rear seat delete with supercab back panel + trim ?

I'm thinking of rear seat delete for my super crew and wondering if I can make a custom floor panel and use the OEM supercab rear panel and trim? Anyone know how much difference there is between the two on the rear panel of the cab? I'm guessing I'd be doing a little trimming here and there to make it work, need to work around the center seatbelt or remove it.
