Suggestion for low cross bed tool box that allows access to tie downs near cab for 2020 ranger with 5' bed?

Looking for a cross bed tool box that doesn't block the rear tie downs. Prefer low profile and black powder coated.

Will use for light duty though I often put heavy objects into my truck bed. I don't have a budget set so I'm open to various price ranges.

What's the goal in mind with not blocking the tie down points? I have stainless chain going from front to back on both sides, not sure if that helps but it could make more box options usable for you.

Also, I use a cheap Craftsman shallow box that's 10" wide for straps/bed extender/jumper storage. I had to cut 2" off each side to lessen the footprint on the rails for a softtopper. It may be available in black.
