My Stryd3r was an insurance wreck purchased at auction by a rebuilder in SoCal.
As I find stuff on Craigslist, offerup, and FB Market - I have been piecing her together. None of the parts were purchased from a storefront except the cat-back - which was modified from down exit before the axle to side exit.

I may be too comfortable With a Sawzall.

That actually may be what my wife puts on my headstone.

Today's project is Rear illumination.

I have a super dark plot of land with no impending lighting. Pulling 25' trailers in-and-out of some tight spaces can be daunting.

I have a 6 gang nitelite between the power outlets vs reverse. No need to brutalize the shoppers at kroger.

Grill and Pod illumination for the dark summer desert runs. The air dam came out and the 42" bar fit perfectly.

Need to fix the mounts .. eventually.

Not technically a build update, but how often do you get to traverse a level 8 trail with 33s.
Triple 7 at Sand Hollow.

curious how much adjustment to your driveshaft angles was need in order to get the suspension upgrades to fit 33 inch tires? truck looks great.

Stryd3r was totaled in 2021 in Oregon before I purchased her.

.. I purchased on my birthday around midnight in a back alley repair shop - this is how she looked when I got may hands on her.

just a 2.5" puck added to the front suspention .. and some .. sawsall work... P-)

The rims are from a '21 Taco and had perfect backspacing to clear the pretty plastics lock to lock.

At first I was glad you asked but then this thread hung a louie and went bonkers. I'm so confused.

Are these pics all chronological? Did he wreck it today? Was that the start of the build? When did the lights and lift happen? Profile is Arizona but plates are Oregon, and the pic is Utah?

Is this just the unfortunate merging of elderly people and technology?

Wrecker Games were epic. Got there early every day and had front row for everything we wanted. All the guys are EXACTLY as on the tube.. missed the drama with the heart attack and all since we were parked at the first obsticle/gatekeeper and left to go up some sticky sandy bogs.

When they say 15#.. they MEAN it. That and dont get stuck.

5 Star is working on a tune. Great seat of the pants upgrade so far. Once the tune is in i will update again.
