13" Vertical Android Head Unit Ford Ranger

I really like the full Android head units and I may be interested in this if I can determine if it's a decent one.

I've had Joying (junk), Pumpkin (OK), Atoto (Good) and Dasaita (Great) head units. Still have the Atoto and Dasaitas.

I like touch screens as much as the next guy BUT.... I much rather simple dials so that I can adjust somehting by feeling it and not taking my eyes off the road.
