Slow sync on startup

Has anyone else noticed the screen startup on their 2019 Ranger is slower than when it was new?

Yes. Also, bluetooth doesn't automatically grab onto the last podcast on Spotify or the last music on Amazon Music like it did before. I have to turn bluetooth off on my phone, then turn it back on again every time. Wish I knew what was going on there. Every time there's a Sync update I keep hoping that this will be fixed, but no joy.
